Pioneer recently introduced the new PDP-5000EX Pure Vision Black Plasma Display, which is the world’s first 50-inch 1080p plasma display. It will be available at Europe in this June.
The PDP-5000EX combines its higher pixel count with a faster refresh rate (of 720p), allowing for improved HD image detail, colour accuracy and fast moving image clarity in a 50-inch plasma display.
This display will accept both standard definition and high definition sources and automatically smart convert these to deliver the highest resolution picture possible.
